Located in Sydney’s premium commercial and retail heart, the upgrade to 60C entry lobbies, on Elizabeth and Castlereagh St, with soaring ceilings and extensive use of timber creates a calm oasis in the middle of the city.

Aligned with the architects desire to utilise sustainable principles and materials in the design approach and execution, Monogram Partners positioned the building and its offer as eco-lux - the simple luxury of beautiful spaces.

MAAT collaborated with Monogram Partners to develop a wayfinding strategy and signage design. Utilising a retrained palette of materials and colours the signage references the circular nature of the interior detailing and logo against the orthogonal grid of the city and building. Dexus’s long term anchor tenant BNP is celebrated at key locations, including through the re-hanging of John Coburn’s Terra Australis.
